I’ve been told that

I Give The Keynote People Are Still Quoting In The Parking Lot.

Before any of that, I built brands inside the machine - at Novo Nordisk and Janssen - then co-founded and co-ran a creative agency for fourteen years.

So when I say the brands that work are built on truth, not a prettier logo, it's not a wellness platitude. It's what I learned moving real products for companies that measure everything.

I’ve spent years on stages and in classrooms telling the truth about shame, self-worth, and what it takes to build a life  -  and a brand  -  you don’t have to keep performing.

Signature Workshops

Two signature experiences, each available as a keynote or a hands-on workshop.

(NOT) Awakened

  • The talk that became the book -  honesty over the highlight reel

  • From spiritual seeking and self-sabotage to “What? You too?”

  • Audiences leave seen, with permission to stop performing

The Story of You

  • Excavating the real story underneath the titles and the shame

  • Not polishing your brand -  finding what’s actually true

  • Your story isn’t what happened to you; it’s the meaning you make of it

A range of rooms, one throughline: telling the truth about who you are and building from there.

Signature Keynotes

Branding the Truth:

How to Build a Personal Brand That Cannot Be Ignored

The brands that break through a crowded market aren’t the polished ones  -  they’re the honest ones. This talk shows founders and leaders how to find the one message only they can hold and build a brand around it, so they stop blending in and start being impossible to ignore.

Eradicating Shame

Unlocking Full Self-Expression and Leadership Potential

Shame is the quietest, most expensive thing most people carry  -  and the thing that keeps leaders playing small. I name how it operates, why it’s so good at hiding, and what becomes possible when you set it down: fuller expression, braver leadership, and a whole lot more room to breathe.

From Hidden to Heard

Owning the Story You’ve Been Afraid to Tell

The story you’ve been editing out is usually the one with all the power in it. This talk is about finding it, claiming it, and saying it out loud  -  turning the parts you’ve hidden into the thing that finally connects you to the people you’re here to reach.

Extraordinary Times Demand Capacity:

Building Leaders, Cultures, and Brands That Last

Resilience isn’t a poster in the break room. This talk is for organizations navigating real pressure  -  how leaders, cultures, and brands build the capacity to stay honest, stay human, and stay standing when everything is moving at once.

Also speaks on:

Storytelling and thought leadership

Disruptive thinking and entrepreneurship

Mental health, addiction, and recovery  -  told straight, with humor

Building real community and belonging
