GATHERING PEOPLE

It might be the thing I love most: building rooms where people can drop the performance and actually be known. All parts welcome - especially the messy ones.

Real friendship for grown women - the kind that has nothing to do with your kids’ schedules or your LinkedIn.

Where women actually connect, not network

Bucket-list retreats for women, in places that ruin you for normal vacations.

Italy. Marrakech. Wherever’s next.
Part adventure, part reset, part the kind of friendship you don’t make at home

FIND OUT MORE

A monthly table in New York, full of the most interesting humans I know.

Authors, psychics, executives, astrologers, psychotherapists, founders, the occasional glorious weirdo
No agenda, no networking energy - just amazing people in a room

My annual all-out Halloween party at the house - gloriously out of hand.

Popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cone machines (yes, we own them)
My husband reads tarot
Spooky, silly, sincere, messy - all parts welcome

The Not Awakened Experience at Omega Institute

Oct 22–25, 2026 · Omega Institute · Rhinebeck, NY

Four days of truth, story, and ritual to forge your mess into your purpose. Own What You’re Not & Discover Who You Are - a workshop that shatters the myth of the Instagrammable awakening.

Through storytelling, writing, circles, sound, movement, and ritual, we mine the parts you’ve hidden for the gold that’s actually in them. You won’t leave faux enlightened. You’ll leave lit - messier, lighter, freer, and finally able to breathe.

The Not Awakened Experience at 1440 Multiversity

Apr 2-4, 2027 · 1440 Multiversity · Scotts Valley, CA

In a world that rewards performance and perfection, The Story of You invites participants to reconnect with their real, unfiltered selves.

Co-led by Michelle Garside and Lucy Osborne, this immersive weekend blends movement, mantra, breathwork, and storytelling to help guests meet every part of themselves with compassion and clarity - and uncover the deeper message they are here to live.
Through intenSati, guided writing, breathwork, and restorative energy practices, participants will move, reflect, and witness themselves and one another in truth. They’ll leave with a personalized mantra, a reclaimed narrative, and a grounded sense of wholeness that can be carried into everyday life.

This September, Lucy Osborne of intenSati and Michelle Garside, creator of NOT AWAKENED, are bringing a small group of women to a private villa tucked among olive groves outside Marrakech, with the Atlas Mountains on the horizon and a sparkling pool waiting at the center of it all.

Enchantment Experience

Sept 6-11, 2027 · Marrakech, Morroco

Over five nights, you'll move through energizing, honest workshops rooted in Energy Glow Up and NOT AWAKENED, then head out to explore the spice-scented souks, surrender to a traditional hammam, and wander the electric blue gardens of Jardin Majorelle. Every woman has her own private room, every meal is something to look forward to, and the evenings are for dressing up, lingering at a long candlelit table, and laughing with women who will feel like family by the end of the week.
